Ok, I just install the KB and was able to install and start with USBPCap driver
without issue ( and try some usb capture with wireshark well)
That pc is not connected to internet so windows updates are not so updated :(

You may add that trick in the USBPcap faq, since it is quite annoying when it
happens.
