Thanks for the quick answer. 
I check version, and the system i am testing is using 7 sp1. 
The faulty driver is USBPCAP.sys. I went thru its digital signature and the
certificate seems ok. I check also about windows event in case of finding
something weird, but nothing.
I try to update the KB and then update this issue.
