I cannot reproduce the issue with this version:

Running on 64-bit Windows 10, build 10240, with locale C, with Npcap version
0.05, based on WinPcap version 4.1.3 (packet.dll version 4.1.0.2980), based on
libpcap version 1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008), with GnuTLS 3.2.15, with

In Qt, the cursor is visible as long as the box as the focus, and this is
behaving correctly for me.
Are you connecting remotely to this Windows Server? If yes, could you try to
connect locally instead? If no, could you try on another computer?
