Due to backward (and forward btw) incompatibility of the "new" TPNCP the
Audiocodes intends to implement the "new" protocol as external dynamic library
plugin (easy replaceable for different products and versions). I think it will
be difficult to maintain protocol versions when the dissector code will be
spitted between wireshark core code and external dll.

The proposal to change "old" protocol name (say to TPNCP_legacy) may be wise
compromise - it will allow to dissect old traces and will allow to reuse TPNCP
name for "new" protocol.
