Audiocodes doesn't support TPNCP protocol anymore. Activation of the TPNCP
dissector against newest Audiocodes products might cause unpredictable results.
For sake of Wireshark stability it's better to disable automatic dissection of
the TPNCP protocol. Several solutions proposed:

1) (preferred) Rename of "TPNCP\tpncp.dat" to "TPNCP\tpncp.dat.disabled" - that
will disable activation of the dissector (the dissector will not be
registered). Somehow backward compatible - the using of TPNCP dissector will
still be possible by renaming to "tpncp.dat" back

2) (less preferred from backward compatibility point of view) Removing "TPNCP"
folder completely.
