I consider this bug "adding FAST PA Data type" functionality. It doesn't
matter who reported or submits patches. It will be closed when that
functionality is successfully adding to the SVN.
I added the dependency of bug 8649 because I really don't want any more
additions to the kerberos dissector until the "pure" ASN.1 dissector has been
approved, just so work doesn't have to be continually duplicated (or gets
missed in the ASN.1 version). If you want to help verify the ASN.1 dissector
(matches current kerberos functionality), please leave any comments in bug
8649.
