I tried the suggestion of using dissector_try_uint with
wtap_encap_dissector_table, and kismet.dump isn't properly dissected because
the (IEEE802.11...) DLT type is 20, not 105.  Does kismet needs it's own
dissector table and not use wtap_encap_dissector_table?
