KDSP improvements v3
Updated patch to include more filterable expert info and it's own dissector
table. Not sure if dissectors ("wlan" and "radiotap") should be "pulled" into
the dissector table in the kdsp dissector or "pushed" into the dissector table
from their respective dissectors.
Also not sure about column behavior. Should COL_PROTOCOL be "restored" if KDSP
is just a "middle layer"? Should the COL_INFO also be purely overwritten (no
fence set). I kept the "restoration" of the COL_PROTOCOL in there, but if
seems funny to me with the way the COL_INFO is shown (with KDSP + payload
dissector info)
