GnuTLS 2.12.18, Gcrypt 1.4.6, without AirPcap.

Sometimes, using display macro containing $0 causes Wireshark to crash
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new display filter macro with value "$0 $1"
2. Use it in the filter input with one argument, e.g. "${fmname:0}", where
"fmname" is the name of created filter macro
3. As soon as macro invocation is completed, Wireshark crashes.
Cause:
In function macro_update in dfilter-macro.c, "arg_pos" isn't checked for 0
after scanning the argument reference. So, -1 is appended to the "args_pos"
array
When using this macro, in function dfilter_macro_resolve, the "args" array is
indexed with -1, causing the crash.
