I downloaded 1.10.0 (32 bit) this morning and ran it under Windows XP.  I
captured some stuff (sorry, I don't know how big) and stopped the capture. 
Some minutes later, when I was scrolling up the display screen, I got this same
message.

Clearly it is a difficult bug to find, but equally clearly it's been in a lot
of versions of WS now.
