It's almost impossible to find the problem without beeing able to reproduce it.
If you still have the file is the problem repeatable?
(if you didn't save it it might still be in your temp dir prefixed by
wireshark_*, you can find the temp dir by looking in help->about->folders)
e.g load the file back in and scroll through to try to reproduce the crash.

Then you can use editcap to trim the file down and enclose it here if it does
not contain sensitive data, you can mark the bug as private to limit viewing it
to wireshark core developers.
