The trouble is that with the GIOP request header, all you have is the operation
name to determine the target interface, a very weak heuristic.

I don't know if this is possible but a better heuristic would be to insist that
the custom dissector exactly consume all the request data, and if not fall back
to generic GIOP.

WRT to disabling the dissectors, this will obviously work, but I think it
wrong that non OMG defined dissectors (such as tango) have preference over the
generic dissector. Of all the CORBA users a very small subset will be using
tango, so having the minority favoured over the majority is unfair IMHO.
