Is a sufficient workaround to just disable the existing IDL dissectors (parlay,
tango, cosnaming)?  We don't really want to disable them by default, but
disabling them will be saved in your preferences.

Cursory glance at the code says that the "heuristic dissection" is a bit weak
and only keys off of the operation name, which is why you're running into your
current problem.
