Attaching initial work of multi-threaded statistics calculation.
It seems that this is even easier than multi-threaded filtering.

For now, what seems to be working, it's possible to run packet dissecting in
seperate thread (other than main/GUI thread) [top shows ~120% CPU wireshark
usage] ;-)

For bigger than one num_workers it segfaults :(
