Dear all,

could you have a look at the attached patch that adds the OID for sha256?
(Shouldn't be a big deal but for all ASN.1 things, some doubts remain ;-)

The sample certificate from the japanese ministry of foreign affairs uses
RSASSA-PSS with sha256 instead of the default sha1.
