Fix committed in SVN #40020.
The crash was happening in a function called from proto_tree_draw_node()
and was because an IEEE80211 hf[] item was marked as using a range_string when
it was actually using a value_string.
The result (at least in my environment) was trying to print a string starting
at memory address 1.
