It looks like this bug is now the responsibility of the XMPP protocol (per
either bug 5992 or bug 6225).  I will note that more of the attached capture is
dissected with Wireshark v1.4.4 than the current trunk (rev 40007), so perhaps
not all of the jabber dissection has been included in the XMPP protocol (on top
of needing reassembly over TCP)
