Using upper-case characters at any position in the field "name" of the function
prefs_register_xxx_preference() results in "Runtime Error" in "Microsoft Visual
C++ Runtime Library".

I'm not sure if this is a real Wireshark bug or not. So please feel free to
ignore me. However, (as far as i know) it is not documented in README.developer
and took little effort to dry and error this out.

Example, which compiles without errors but results in runtime error:

prefs_register_bool_preference(siii_module, "sHow_hex",
  "Display numbers in Hex",
  "Enable to display numerical values in hexadecimal.",
  &gPREF_HEX);

Upper-case character in "sHow_hex"
