Using a range like "1<space>5" or "1#5" Wireshark generates a 0KB file.

Wireshark shuts down.
Windows reports an error:

Description:
Using a range like "1<space>5" or "1#5" Wireshark generates a 1KB file.
This valid file contains 0 packets.
Wireshark doesn't shutdown.
Windows doesn't report errors.
