Hi,
I'd prefere to update the existing packet-gsm_bsslap dissector rather than
adding a new one. As some IE's are common with other GSM dissectors I think
the decoding from those should be used. I'll update the packet-gsm_bsslap
dissector to work in the same way as the other gsm_a.. ones and export
some of the needed things shortly.
