Two new dissectors have been added for the BSSAP component on the Lb (MSC-SMLC)
interface

with c-ares 1.5.3, without ADNS, with Lua 5.1, with GnuTLS 2.3.8, with Gcrypt
1.4.1, with MIT Kerberos, with PortAudio V19-devel (built Oct 15 2008), with
AirPcap.
Running on Windows XP Service Pack 2, build 2600, with WinPcap version 4.0.2
(packet.dll version 4.0.0.1040), based on libpcap version 0.9.5, without
AirPcap.
Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 8.0 build 50727

Two new dissectors have been added for the BSSAP component on the Lb (MSC-SMLC)
interface:
packet-lb_bssmap_le.c: Defines the BSSMAP LE dissector for the Lb interface as
per 3GPP TS 49.031
packet-lb_bsslap.c: Is the BSSLAP dissector for the Lb interface as defined in
3GPP TS 48.071 techincal specification
Changes to the existing packet-bssap.c were required so that Wireshark can be
configured (via preferences) to differentiate between the GSM-A interface and
the Lb interface.
Changes to the existing packet-bsslap.c file made to differentiate between the
gsm_bsslap and lb_bsslap protocols.
Testing was performed with custom built test harness and live traffic trace
files.
