TextEdit, on my Mac, displays nothing with that document.
A full-blown document - whether Word or PowerPoint or OpenDocument - is
overkill for a simple screen capture, and even a simple screen capture is
overkill for a simple list of options. Could you either attach a GIF or PNG
image or, even better, just enumerate the options selected as text?
