OK, I've attached a .pcap file showing this, sorry about the delay. Ignore the
first packet. The next two both show incomming BOOTP packets used as DHCP.
The only options set are 52 (overload) and 255 (end) (and the magic cookie
obviously). In that instance the BOOTP fields file and sname should be
interpreted as additional options fields however they're obviously not.
