Test case showing options not parsed

Ignore the first packet.  The next two both show an incomming BOOTP packet used
for DHCP.  The only options set are 52 (overload) and 255 (end).  In that
instance the BOOTP fields file and sname should be interpreted as additional
options fields however they're obviously not.
