I want to refer to the page ''http://www.ethereal.com''
in a scientific paper.
Which author name(s) should I use for the bibliography ?

I'm not sure there's any name or names that would be the obvious right ones to use to use. A lot of different people have contributed to different parts of the Web site.

What's the paper about? The page at http://www.ethereal.com/ is mostly references to other items on the Ethereal site; are you siting that particular page, some particular part of the site, or the entire site.
