Do a search (upper right). I got thousands for "SIP" but zero for "IP". I'm sure the answer is on the FAQ page, so I'll point you there.

Subject: [Ethereal-users] New to Ethereal and Networks

I am a person well versed in the transport layer as well as voice switching and signaling, but after that I get a little lost.  I am now supporting a VoIP platform, and we will be using Ethereal to try and capture SIP traces.

I have downloaded Ethereal, but I need to know how to try and build the IP Access interfaces of my VoIP boxes into Ethereal for traces.  I am remotely located from the VoIP platform, so is this even possible with Ethereal?

Thanks~
