Try to install WinPcap 3.1 beta. First you should uninstall the previous version.

This is the error message,

Can't get list of interfaces: PacketGetAdapterNames: The operation completed successfully.

This might be a problem with WinPcap 3.0; you should try updating to a later version of WinPcap - see the WinPcap site at winpcap.polito.it

 

I did uninstall ethereal, then install WinPcap 3.0, then install ethereal.  But I still getting the same error message.  Please help?
