Actually the SVN version of ethereal suports decoding of binary encoded MEGACO if its over M3UA, if any one
has binary encoded MEGACO over SCTP/TCP/UDP to share I'd be gratefull.

I would say it is exactly opposite, SCTP & UDP are supported and
TCP should be supported in patched version. Currently,
only text-based version is supported.
