can you send me a small trace with MEGACO/SCTP packets?

The MEGACO dissector in the SVN contains the line

        dissector_add("sctp.ppi", H248_PAYLOAD_PROTOCOL_ID,   
megaco_text_handle);

which means that it should be handled. But I can test this, if
you want.
