0.10.0 and 0.10.3, with newer versions of WinPcap, use different WinPcap
APIs to get the interface list; perhaps the two different WinPcap APIs
return interfaces in a different order, or perhaps the newer API returns
interfaces that can't be opened.  Does 0.10.0 give a different drop-down
list for the "Interface" box than 0.10.3 does?  If so, does 0.10.0 list
the wireless interface and, if not, does 0.10.3 do so?
