Yes.

Download libpcap 0.7.1 from tcpdump.org, build and install it, and then
download Ethereal source if you don't already have it, and rebuild
Ethereal to use the new version of libpcap.

(That may involve using the "-with-pcap=" flag, to tell it to look for a
version of libpcap installed under "/usr/local", rather than the one
that comes with the OS; that may, in turn, require Ethereal 0.9.4, which
is the current version.)
