Download the installation executable from

	http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/

It's "ethereal-setup-0.9.1.exe" (at least until the next release comes
out).  That is *NOT* the Ethereal application; it's the program that
*installs* the Ethereal application.  Run that program, and it'll
install Ethereal, assuming that whatever application you used to
download it downloaded it correctly.  It will not, however, display the
Ethereal GUI; instead, it'll display the installer GUI.

"ethereal-setup-0.9.1.exe" should be *exactly* 6,901,806 bytes long.  If
it is not, then whatever application you used to download it did not
download it correctly.

Yes, the installer has a GUI interface.
