Yes, you can, you have to open the Edit/Preferences menu and set the "Print
to Field" to File, and put the filename (by default ethereal.out). You can
also define the format (Plain Text/PostScript).The only problem is that you
have to setup this each time you launch the program, but except that, it
waorks perfectly.
