Hi List!

As I had a look at the libpcap file format (again) and still couldn't 
found a description while googling around (I couldn't believe it), I've 
added a description to the wiki 
http://wiki.ethereal.com/Development_2fLibpcapFileFormat, mainly for my 
own purposes but others may find it useful as well :-)

Could someone with more libpcap knowledge than me could have a review if 
there are still bugs or missing things?

Feel free to edit the wiki as that's what it's for :-)
