Looking through the sources I failed to find routines to do enterprise
number<->name conversion based on the IANA list:

http://www.iana.org/assignments/enterprise-numbers

Is there a good reason to *not* support this (similarily to manuf) in
ethereal?

Otherwise, since several dissectors may benefit from it, what would be
the best way to add it?
