I second that. Too many questions land here which should be obvious
from the website. Guy, Gerald, or whoever?

There's a recent bunch of changes added to the document sources. Use the
docbook/README.txt file to get your document production up and running.
You'll want to build the document from the source tree and look which
information you think is still missing. Then post your svn diffs.
