Hi Erik,

 

I tried making this thing work with dissector_try_port(....), but it does not work! :-(

Also, I don't understand why call_dissector( ) won't work here. It does for all the other protocols present there.

And lastly, the dissector_next( ) call does not exist anymore. :-)

Please advise....I really need it!

I’m sure I’m just making a fool out of myself, but when I call subdissectors, I use

 

dissector_try_port(proto_dissector_table, protocol, next_tvb, pinfo, tree);

 

Or, as proposed in README.developer, use:

 

dissector_next( next_tvb, pinfo, tree);
