	Just to aide, here's some information about the
CDP power TLVs:

0x0010 = Power Drawn

i'm seeing data length of 0x0006

	then 0x280a = 10250 mW of power drawn, or 10.250 Watts

0x0019 = Power Request

i'm seeing data length for this of 0x000c
	(0xc1a3 00 00 00 00 00 00)
	the next 2 bytes appear to be Power Request Id
	and the remaining I suspect decode as is shown

in the "sh cdp nei" router output..  as they're all zero,
i can't be sure they're decoded in the same order but
it is likely a safe guess (the remainder could be marked as Unknown
for now..)

Power drawn: 10.250 Watts
Power request id: 49571, Power management id: 0
Power request levels are:0 0 0 0 0
