Hi,

As the "HTTP Tree/General" reimplements the "HTTP Packet Counter" and
the GTK1 version of the stats_tree is finally there (thanks Guy) the
precence of the "HTTP Packet Counter" has become redundant.

What I propose is to remove the HTTP Packet Counter (both
gtk/http_stat.c and tap-httpstat.c) and rename the "HTTP Tree" menu as
HTTP.

Any  objections?
