The Telnet dissector wasn't checking the number of suboptions correctly.
 A fix has been checked in.

The capture files that triggered the bug are in
http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/buildbot-builds/randpkt/ .  For the
TCP and UDP protocol tests, the script names the files according to the
"-d" options used, e.g. "randpkt-tcp.port==179,telnet.out.1110617512"
