Adding to the wiki can be done by everyone (although some pages were restricted because of spam).

So Tim, IMHO http://wiki.ethereal.com/Development is the place to start. You might add a page there and write some things done (even if it's only a list of things which have to be done, as we might even need this too). This doesn't have to be bullet proof, as other's can read and improve it later. That's one of the advantages of the wiki :-)
