I checked the files in svn but did not checked that the sources
compile on Windows. I did not want to delete the files from
svn, but i just took them out of the build process.

After Irene did the code change and I verified that the sources
compile also in Windows I'll add them again to the Makefiles.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Did you change any Makefiles?

I compile using MingW and my own makefile. I just assumed the
sctp*.c files should be built too, but I see now they're not really needed.
