Hi guys,

Since approximately 0.10.4 (Windows version), the file intl.dll has
hard-coded references to the I: drive that cause "no disk in drive" error
messages on systems that have a CDROM at I:. I've seen it happen on two
Win2k computers. Please fix! As a workaround, I've been editing intl.dll
and changing the I: to something else.
