Hi,
It might be a problem with Glib/GTK do you have the possibillity to upgrade to 1.2.10 ?
or even 2.x ?
Best regards
Anders

Subject: [Ethereal-dev] 0.10.6 crashing when trying to save a file.

L.S.

I meantioned this before, but I'm still having problems with Ethereal
crashing when saving a capture file. It saves the file OK, but crashes
afterwards with a SIGSEGV.

System: Linux 2.2.13-NANO

Ethereal -V:

ethereal 0.10.6
Compiled with GTK+ 1.2.6, with GLib 1.2.6, with libpcap 0.8.3, with libz
1.1.3, with libpcre 4.3, without UCD-SNMP or Net-SNMP, without ADNS.

Running with libpcap version 0.8.3 on Linux 2.2.13-NANO.

I have attached the backtrace info, as cutting & pasting gives me odd
problems.
