I have completed working on your comments for the rest of the book and 
put a new version 1.94 on my server at: http://lamping.net/ethereal

The version 1.94 should contain *all* previous review comments for this 
release, if some comments remain unresponded, please resend them.


If nobody is going to send in new comments, I would like to release the 
guide as version 2.00 today or tomorrow (hopefully Gerald will find some 
time to put it on the official site).

I will be on holiday from monday on, and I will hopefully have some time 
since then to respond to any question and suggestion that may come in.
