Subversion doesn't preserve timestamps by default, and the nightly build
script checks out a fresh copy of the repository with each run.  This
should be fixed with tomorrow's build.

In case anyone else needs this functionality, for the "svn" client you
have to uncomment "use-commit-times = yes" in ~/.subversion/config.
There doesn't appear to be a command-line equivalent.
