vpnc uses Libgcrypt (http://www.gnu.org/directory/security/libgcrypt.html),
another candidate.

Still, (UCD|Net)-SNMP depends on OpenSSL for SNMPv3 support, which affects us
when using "--with-(ucd|net)-snmp".
