I *suspect* that automake "knows" that "ascend-grammar.h" and
"ascend-grammar.c" are generated from "ascend-grammar.y" (there's
nothing in "Makefile.am" to tell it so), but, for whatever reason, only
considers the first of them to be a file generated using special tools.
