Then probably the RTP Streams window also should be. :)
(I admit that i simply never thought about the question)

Yes, i think disabling would be nice.
The current implementation can be somewhat confusing, as people might be
confronted with a window they weren't expecting in the first place.
I didn't do the disabling because i didn't know how to do it.
