Hi!

I updated the COPS dissector to print the names of the Prefix PRIDs correctly.
The last fix to PRID OID printout caused this minor problem for PPRIDs.
Also few variables have been renamed to make the code more logical to read.

The attached diff is relative to packet-cops.c version 1.34, please check it in.
